We used to have to buy a dedicated Phone Headset with special lead for use with the Cisco Phones, which cost approx £60 per unit but since we discovered these leads, we can now just use regular PC Headsets, saving the company approx £40 per unit and it also means that only the one headset is needed, instead of two different ones. Our collegues in the Europe offices were impressed that they were going down this route too.
