This adapter works for my Avaya 2410 phone. I brought another adapter from Amazon (one of the popular one in Amazon) before buying this and did not work for my Avaya 2410, I returned it and brought this as I noticed this is from Avaya itself. This one works great with my headphone. In the description of this adapter it says it wont work for 96xx series phones, but they sent me two adapters one marked for 96xx so I think that one may work for the 96xx series phone.
